Wade Williams, Director of Economic Development

Wade Williams (non-attorney) provides economic development consulting and corporate site location services to companies and communities based on his 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Montrose Group, Wade was the Founder and Principal of the Economic Development Group, a regional economic development consulting firm focused on providing innovative consulting solutions for his clients. Wade has held leadership positions in various organizations, including serving as Vice President of Business Development at REDI Cincinnati, where he oversaw targeted attraction efforts domestically and internationally. He also spent a decade in a COO capacity with NKY Tri-ED, a three-county EDO in the Cincinnati region. Additionally, Wade’s previous experience includes over a decade of managing business operations and complex real-estate acquisitions within Duke Energy’s Ohio and Kentucky-Indiana operations. Wade’s work has been instrumental in generating over 600 leads, 380 projects, 18,500 jobs, and over 3 billion dollars in new capital investment for the Cincinnati region.
